Church Where Is The Sustenance?!

In a recent dream, I was sitting in a restaurant. There was a group of older women sitting at three tables near me. One table to the left, to the right and one in front of me. The women were eating and chatting. One of the women came to the table in front of me and she was carrying a large bowl of caramel popcorn. As she sits down the women around her began laughing and mocking her because she was still eating. I got the sense that we were at a buffet although, I did not see the buffet area. The women were laughing at her because apparently she had repeatedly returned to the table with more food to eat. They seemed to be surprised that she was not full. As the women were laughing and discussing their friend amongst themselves, a reporter came onto a television and stated that the governor was going to make people who owed debt pay $2700. As I got up to leave my table I turned to the woman with the popcorn and said to her, that I did not blame her for eating more food and that if it was me, I would have done the same thing. Then, I woke up.

I woke up from the dream and did what I always do, I wrote it all down in my journal and then proceeded to pray about it. After praying about the dream I began to study my bible and the Lord led me back to 1 Corinthians 11:17-34. I say back to, because that is the scripture that the Lord has led me to study quite often as of lately. I want us to take a good look at this scripture together. 1 Cor 11:17-34 is the Lord’s Supper, and although it is one of the most popular scriptures in the Bible, I found that the Lord has given me new revelation on it and I have been asked to share it with you. After we read the scripture we will continue on with the symbols in my dream and allow the Lord to bring us more understanding with what he wants to say to the Church.

1 Corinthians 11:17-34

The Lord’s Supper

17 In the things I tell you now I don’t praise you. Your meetings hurt you more than they help you. 18 First, I hear that when you meet together as a church you are divided. And this is not hard to believe 19 because of your idea that you must have separate groups to show who the real believers are!

20 When you all come together, it is not really the Lord’s Supper you are eating. 21 I say this because when you eat, each one eats without waiting for the others. Some people don’t get enough to eat or drink, while others have too much. 22 You can eat and drink in your own homes. It seems that you think God’s church is not important. You embarrass those who are poor. What can I say? Should I praise you? No, I cannot praise you for this.

23 The teaching I gave you is the same that I received from the Lord: On the night when the Lord Jesus was handed over to be killed, he took bread 24 and gave thanks for it. Then he divided the bread and said, “This is my body; it is for you. Eat this to remember me.” 25 In the same way, after they ate, Jesus took the cup of wine. He said, “This cup represents the new agreement from God, which begins with my blood sacrifice. When you drink this, do it to remember me.” 26 This means that every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are telling others about the Lord’s death until he comes again.

27 So if you eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in a way that does not fit its meaning, you are sinning against the body and the blood of the Lord. 28 Before you eat the bread and drink the cup, you should examine your own attitude. 29 If you eat and drink without paying attention to those who are the Lord’s body, your eating and drinking will cause you to be judged guilty. 30 That is why many in your group are sick and weak, and many have died. 31 But if we judged ourselves in the right way, then God would not judge us. 32 But when the Lord judges us, he punishes us to show us the right way. He does this so that we will not be condemned with the world.

33 So, my brothers and sisters, when you come together to eat, wait for each other. 34 If some are too hungry to wait, they should eat at home. Do this so that your meeting together will not bring God’s judgment on you. I will tell you what to do about the other things when I come.

As you can see I highlighted most parts of the scripture because they are in direct correlation with specific parts of my dream. Let’s take a look at the symbols and things that happened in the dream and how the scripture is connected to it.

Let’s start with the number 2700. This number should be read just as it is written.

  • Two thousand – Means mature judgment. (See Joshua 3:4 to get a better understanding of this number.) 31 But if we judged ourselves in the right way, then God would not judge us. 32 But when the Lord judges us, he punishes us to show us the right way.
  • Seven hundred – Means Completely Full. ( See 2 Thessalonians 1:6; Hebrews.) 21 I say this because when you eat, each one eats without waiting for the others. Some people don’t get enough to eat or drink, while others have too much. Notice that in the dream the women are making fun of the woman who is still hungry! She is not completely full! It seems that you think God’s church is not important. You embarrass those who are poor.
  • The governor required that those who were guilty would have to pay their debt! Do this so that your meeting together will not bring God’s judgment on you.

Now let’s look at the symbols and their definitions.

  • Cafeteria Restaurant) – Service, church, people, teaching, ministry of help, spiritual food.
  • Table – Communion, agreement, covenant, provision.
  • Governor – God, ruler, authority, person in charge, person of power.
  • Popcorn – sustenance. (junk food)
  • Bowl – A container, measure of something.

This is what the Lord wants to say to the church right now!

In your church meetings you are divided! You separate yourselves to show who is worthy in your own eyes and who is not, I am not pleased! You laugh at those who are hungry and who do not have enough! You mock them while you eat more than your fill, you have more than enough but you do not share! You have been judged and you have been found guilty! Those of you who should be leading are not! Those of you who should be making sure that there is sustenance in my house are not feeding my people! You only feed them enough to keep them coming back to you! But you do not feed them enough to get full from me! You teach the people your own teachings, you do not give them all of what I have prepared for them to have! You give them pieces of my word, but not in its entirety. The five fold ministry is lacking and people are starving for my word, they are hungry for the prophetic but you have removed it from your churches, so you will eat at home! You have been judged and must repay what you have stolen from me and from my church! Leaders what you have been feeding my people will not sustain them! The Body of Christ is divided and must be realigned in my divine order to provide spiritual food for my children again!

The Lord says: The church is divided and MUST realign as ONE body! All of the wealth, provision, spiritual gifts and sustenance belongs to God. The church is to come together as one and use the “spiritual food” to feed everyone within the Body of Christ!

Realign yourselves leaders! Stop focusing on one building! My Kingdom is not in your buildings! Kingdom wealth is for my children, you can no longer eat of it while keeping it all for yourselves. You MUST share it, it is NOT yours to take! I will remove ALL from you that you are not willing to give! DO NOT disregard my words, DO NOT take them lightly! Take heed to my warning, receive my corrections with an humble and repentant heart before DESTRUCTION comes upon you!

I pray that this powerful word of correction will penetrate the hearts of the Lord’s people. I pray that the Holy Spirit will convict the hearts of those that this word is for! May God divinely realign his Church so that the world can be fed with the sacrificial bread and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, just as God intended. People are hungry for the word, power and move of God. It is our duty as lovers of Christ to fulfill our call to build, uplift and feed the Body of Christ!

God bless you all, until our next chat!
